After Calpol The Temperature Came Down To 96.5 Is It Matter Of Concern?
My son 6 and half year old , 16 kg weight is having temperture for 4 days ,today after taking calpol 10 ml his fever dropped down from 104.5 to 96 .5. Is it too low or matter of concern .he pass stool also after 3 days today after calpol, email id is YYYY@YYYY

The dose of calpol is 15 mg/kg body weight.
Some syrups have !25 mg/5 ml and some have 250 mg/5 ml.
If the dose is high it may record a sharp fall.
Axillary temperature is 1 degree lower than the oral temperature.
Nothing to worry if low temperature is recorded after calpol.
