After Misdiagnosed Emergency Back Surgery, An Arthrogram Has Revealed I

After misdiagnosed emergency back surgery, an arthrogram has revealed I have a torn obturator externus and torn hip capsule! I am now 6 months out from the original trama. Ive been told the obturator externus is too deep to attach. However, liproscopic surgery coukd repair hip capsule. My obturator nerve is really aggravated. Ive heard these are both rare and I cant find much information on what I should do. Thanks for your time.
