After One Weeks Wonderfull Rest In Jamaica I Got On

After one weeks wonderfull rest in Jamaica I got on a plane 4 hours plane ride. Into 3 hour I noticed pain on the inside and on the back of my L knee. Upon walking to the bathroom.
I am a female and 72 yrs old + very active . At the arrival I had difficulty climbing the stairs still hurting in the popliteal area and medial side. No heat, no redness, maybe a bit of swelling. No injury.
I have a partial meniskes tear, no OR , I have Osteo arthritis.
I have treated it with elevation, ice and heat at different times to no help.
Hurts much more now when walking and stair
climbing + at night.
What should I do and what do you think is the cause?
Thank you.
