After Renal Ultrasound Diagnosed Parapelvic Cyst In Kidney, Fullness Of Right Renal System, No Stones. Suggestion?
After doing renal ultrasound, my doctor told me that he find a parapelvic cyst in my left kidney measuring 3.3 by 2.7 by 3.2 ( cm) and a very slight fullness of the right renal collecting system raising the question of minimal hydronephrosis. No stone is seen. There is no evidence of renal mass.

If the ultra sounds detected cyst in your kidney, then for further evaluation MRI test has to be done for management purpose, or else you will have to keep watch on your sign and symptoms if ever happens, moreover you better get done your renal function test, and go for it periodically, have words with nephrologist, have good day.

Do not be worried about your parapelvic cyst in kidney .. 3 cm size is smaller and it is not to be worried unless it cause severe symptoms like flank pain and increased blood pressure ..
I suggest you to be in dietary conservative theraphy. Restrict the intake of sodium to control your blood pressure.
Avoid cigarettes and alcohol which can promote the growth of kidney cysts. Control your intake of proteins to 0.6-0.8g/kg.d.
Avoid salted foods, processed foods, pepper and seafoods.
I recommend a Surgion opinion if symptom gets increased in meantime.
