After Seeing A Doctor A Few Months Ago For Aching

After seeing a doctor a few months ago for aching muscles, she ordered blood work and the results showed my potassium level was slightly elevated. After a month, I re-took my blood work and it was back to normal. Well, I just ate a banana and immediately my muscles began to ache. Is this normal? Should I just stay away from bananas?
