After sitting in chair or car when I get up I can not always stand on my right leg. I get severe pain in my groin/upper inner thigh. Feels like a knot in a muscle or tendon. Very painful. Once it’s works out I am fine. No problem walking. Nobody can seem to figure this out. Seems like gets worse at end of day. Any ideas ?
