After Sleep There Is A Considerable Movement Of Eyes. Why?
My wife blinks al ot with her eyes closed and there is noticeable eye movement underneath, but it happens just few seconds after she closes her eyes while she is trying to sleep. If I ask her something she responds so she is still not asleep while blinking starts. It looks like the blinking with her eyes close is involuntary, and it is excessive. Is this something to worry about?
hello, nothing to worry, its one of the stages of sleep, its called as REM STAGE ie,rapid eye movement stage.its the initial stage.when in deep sleep it NREM stage.in short no worry.
Hello, The symptoms you have mentioned here indicate normal stages of sleep. Normally sleep passes through five stages, the two prominent stages are stage of non random eye movements and stage of random eye movements. Until unless it is not causing any problem no need to worry. Thank you
