After unprotected sex with my fiance he sometimes gets red welts on the head of his penis (only on the right). Its not an every time thing only sometimes. We have sex at least once every few nights last night nothing tonight He had a red bump he describes as "itchy burn" we have both had std testing and are both clean what could this be?
