After Working Out With A Personal Trainer (twice) And Achieving

After working out with a personal trainer (twice) and achieving a significant transformation (i.e. not just reducing the size of my former self but actually changing my shape/tone) but an unsustainable 5 days/wk, within a month, but still working out on my own (3 days) plus aerobics and cardio, I started to see a significant increase in the fat areas as if I took off a girdle and just started spreading out. It continues no matter what I do. What would cause this and can it be reversed?
