Age 33, 5'2, 180lbs, Recently Diagnosed With Uterine Fibroids. Irregular

Age 33, 5'2, 180lbs, recently diagnosed with uterine fibroids. Irregular menstrual cycles, just started ttc. Ultrasound results below. Is this a problem in ttc?

Report:
Pelvic ultrasound:

Transabdominal and endovaginal pelvic ultrasound performed. There
are no priors for comparison. The study reveals an irregular
uterine contour. The uterus is noted to be retroflexed. On the
endovaginal study 2 large myometrial masses are observed, these
are noted to be well-defined, evenly echogenic with no foci of
calcifications. One was noted at the right infundibulum measuring
2.8 x 1.9 x 2.2 cm and the second along the posterior uterine
body measuring 4.4 x 3.7 x 5.7 cm. There was no thickening of the
endometrial stripe. No cervical abnormalities are noted. Simple
cysts were noted in both ovaries, on the right side the cyst
measured 1.8 x 1.9 x 1.8 cm and on the left side measured 2.6 x
1.8 x 2.0 cm. Follicles are observed bilaterally. No fluid is
observed in the cul-de-sac.

Uterus measures 8.1 x 6.3 x 5.4 cm. Endometrial stripe 0.46 cm.
Right ovary 4.4 x 3.5 x 2.1 cm. Left ovary 2.6 x 2.4 x 1.2 cm.

Impression:
Retroverted uterus. Intramural Uterine myomas. Simple cysts
bilateral ovaries, probably represent dominant follicles/corpus
luteum cysts..
