Aged Dad Had Pneumonia. Can T Walk, Fell Out Of Bed. On New Medicines, Has Hallucinations. Suggestions?

my dad was released from the hospital yesterday, had pneumonia, I visited him last night and he was normal mentally. I know he was started on some new medications. He can't walk, going on 4 years now, he's in a nursing home, and I was called this morning, they informed me he fell out of bed. I discussed his medications, he's on some new ones since yesterday, and now he's hallucinating and can't go to sleep-I checked online and there are many moderate interactions and 2 major interactions-the doctor told the nursing home staff he didn't see any possible problems with medication but drug interaction checker shows there are serious concerns. what should I do?

you should again consult doctor and find out the interactions as these are problems with drugs definately according to me
the doctor can change the salts for better results and less side effects
