Air Bubbles Coming Out Of Anus. Indications?

Morning, my question is...Why do i have air bubbles coming out of my anal? This just started like...2 months ago..Im am scared..I don t know what to make of this..I also google Atrophic Rhinitis ..Does this combine together?.. I recently have been feeling these weird symtoms..Am i dying or have some kind of cancer i don t know about?

Hi...its not cancer...its a normal phenomenon... called farting in local language... dont worry about it...eat healthy...
