Hi, the allergic symptoms were due to the shell fish, and the superfecial symptoms have come down, first, then the deeper structures like joints may take some time for cure.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe levocitrizine, prednisolone, and antibiotics and anti inflamatories for cure. Thank you.

Allergist and Immunologist Dr. Sujoy Khan's  Response
Hello,
It is unusual for acute food allergic symptoms to last for so long, as it is usually because of undertreatment in the acute phase.
Steroids, long acting histamines are required for the first 1-3 days, until symptoms have completely resolved.

You need to ensure you did not have a scromboid toxin poisoning due to the seafood (fish), as this can also cause symptoms to last that long.
Scromboid toxin is not an allergic reaction, but rather like food poisoning, only much worse than your usual type.
Please see your doctor if these symptoms continue until tomorrow.

Best Wishes.
