Altered Menstruation. Had Unprotected Sex. Irregular Intake Of Birth Control Pills. Any Suggestions?
I have a 'dry', clumpy period at the moment. The blood is black and there isn't any particular flow. I only notice it when I go to the toilet. I haven't had any particular cramps, and take the pill - although sometimes I miss nights. I had unprotected sex about 2 weeks ago. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions about what it is. Thanks :)

You have not mentioned about your previous menstrual history like regular/irregular, lasts for how many days and when was your last LMP. You have not taken contraceptive pills regularly and 2 weeks back you had unprotected sex. You say that your period?, does not look like your regular . Period and no menstrual cramps.
This type of bleeding is common among those, who take contraceptive pills irregularly.
This may not be your regular period.
If you have missed your regular menstrual day do a HPT.
Any contraceptive pill stopped even for 2 days may produce mild bleeding.
If you want to take contraceptive pills take it regularly.
