Always Am Picking The Skin On My Lips Until It Bleeds. Have A White Mark In The Center Of The Lip. How To Remove It?
HI....I am always picking the skin at my bottom lip,,,,sometimes until in bleeds. I get so annoyed with the flaky skin! I am trying to let my lips heal naturally and am drinking more water. But I have this white mark in the center of my lower lip that is kind of hard and calloused. Is there any hope for me removing this. It's embarrasing to take pics or even look at people with it there.
You can apply a mild steroid cream to reduce inflammation.
Please stop picking else medication wont work.
Please meet a dermatologist for final diagnosis and treatment
