Always Felling Tired With Only One Surgery In Whole Life
I am 35 years old female, height 5 5 and 190 lbs mom of 4 teens. My oldest is 18 and other 3 are 15 and 12. I stay extremely tired. Coffee doesn t help. I only drink water and 2 cups of coffee a day. I don t take energy shots, soda pops or energy drinks that s never been something I enjoy and I don t eat candy or sugar foods either . I can get up in the morning and about 2 hrs into the day i want to just go lay back down and sleep. I constantly crave ice. I also try waiting as long as I can before I eat when i am hungry because when i do eat it makes me so tired i can t function. i was tested for diabetic since my mom, grandmother, and great grandmother are all diabetics but negative. I have only had one surgery my entire life and that was a c-section for my twins back in 1998. i was asked to take a blood transfusion but refused one.
