All my test have come up normal yet I am always feeling sick. My quality of life is very poor I have to push myself just to take a shower. Feeling fed up and tired are there no answers to my illness
I have gone through your query I understand your concerns.
All your symptoms are caused by Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS). Irritable bowel syndrome is characterized by: discomfort, chronic abdominal pain, nausea, bloating, and alteration of bowel habits.
To improve your lifestyle you should take Loperamide to avoid diarrhea and you should avoid spicy foods, fried foods, alcoholic drinks, carbonated drinks, coffee and milk.
You also need the following tests to determine the diagnosis: 1. Abdominal ultrasound. 2. Liver function test. 3. Stool culture. 4. Complete blood count. 5. Urine test.
Consult you gastroenterologist.
All the best. Dr. Behar.
