Am I At Risk If I Have All Forms Of Pain Throughout The Chest And Diagnosed With Panic Attacks ?

Hi there, I've had about 10 ECG's, blood tests and a 24 hour heart scan and been diagnosed with panic attacks and still worry terribly over my chest pains. They take all forms cramping, sharp, sustained throughout my chests at different times and in different areas. Are all these tests enough to tell me I am not at serious risk? I really need to relax as it ruins me every day.

Hello,
So many of normal cardiac tests tell that everything is normal and you must stop worrying regarding this.Your problems are more psychological and denote anxiety.
You must relax and try to destress you by resorting to yoga, meditation.deep breathing exercises and regular aerobic exercises.
Avoid tea,coffee and alcohol.
Quit smoking.
Thanks
