Am I At Risk Of Miscarriage If I Have Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?

Iam 35 years old,6 weeks pregnant in my 3rd baby,2 days ago I had vaginal spotting and saw blood only when I wipe not heavy at all.i did detailed ultrasound that showed an an reverted uterus containing an intrauterine gestational as with a mean sac diameter of 9mm corresponding to an estimated gestational age of 5W4D.the gestational sac appears low lying containing a 2.5mm yolk sac.the cervix closed.no sub chronic haemorrhage is identified.after I rest yesterday all spotting stopped,just from timeto time feel little pain in lower back
Am i at risk of miscarriage to b known I never had miscarriage before thanks God.

It could be threatened abortion. Abortion which is in the initial phase and not progressed further.
Would suggest you the following
1. Complete Bed Rest
2. Plenty of oral fluids
3. Rule out urinary tract infection by getting Urine microscopic examination done.
4. Consider Injection Progesterone depot in consultation with your Obstetrician.
Report to your Obstetrician immediately if bleeding recurrs or there is crampy pain in abdomen.
Rest be assured everything is fine as bledding has subsided.
