ive recently done a pregenc test and turnet out positive and for the last week ive had what seems period pains and notced today a spot of blood i think i looked on the internet to find this normal but am cncerned as ive had a miscarriage before and realise there is a higher risk of a miscarriage this time round im so nervous as i dont want to go through the same thing i did before is this another sign of a miscarriage? please help me
