Hi and I am sorry to hear this about your health condition..
Welcome to HCM..
I thank you for posting your query here and I'm definitely going to help you out..
I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases day in and day out.
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..
I will analyze all your points and provide necessary information..
1. 33 year male with gram negative bacteria in urine.
I would like to say that,
urinary tract infection, Uti is the most commonly encountered disease.
But there is good cure, hence suggest you not to worry..
2. Pale yellow is completely fine. Sometimes simple
dehydration gives dark yellow or high colored urine. And this doesn't make much of a difference..
3. Innumerable pus cells that you say, is a problem. Generally, upto 5 pus cells are accepted by any standards.
Innumerable meaning, you definitely have bacteruria and hence Uti.
4. There is absolutely no correlation between
urine pus cells and HIV!
Both are completely different scenarios.
And we can never comment about HIV status, looking at urine report.
5. And lastly, it's definitely curable.
Please do these things..
Get Urine Culture test done.
This will tell us, the organism in particular responsible for Uti and the sensitive antibiotic.
Later we can start on that drug.
6. This will cure you completely.
But please follow these simple things to avoid Uti in future..
A. Drink lot of water, around 4 to 5 litre a day.
B. Do not store urine for long periods of time.
C. Personal hygiene.
Hope this helps you, in case you need any further assistance, please let me know.
Take care and God bless.
