Hello and welcome,

I understand the issue.

If the pregnancy tests are negative and you are on depo shots than the symptoms are most likely due to the shots.

The hormones in the shots cause symptoms like nausea, vomiting, breast pain, gastric trouble, weakness, lethargy and so on. These mimic pregnancy. These effects tend to wear off in most cases in a month or two as the body gets used to the hormones. In some these may perisist. Addition of a few doses of estrogen helps ease these symptoms and can be had after prescription.

So do not worry. It is the shot causing symptoms.

Take care.

Hope this satisfies your query.
