Am I Pregnant If I Have Cramps, Sore Breasts, Nausea, Bloating,and Heartburn?

I am 3 weeks late on my period have been having cramps and sore breasts and also nausea now and then. I can t seem to wear tight jeans I have to pop the button open when I sit. Sometimes it feels like little things are crawling in my stomach. I can t lay on my stomach anymore and I feel bloated and I m suffering from heartburn am I pregnant? Oh forgot to mention I m always tired and hungry and have lower back pain

The most important information would be whether or not you have experienced menstrual irregularities previously. If you have then, this could be due to the same cause and will have to be reported to a doctor. It is part of protocol to rule out pregnancy in such cases.

If you have always been regular, then pregnancy could carry a higher chance. Please report to a doctor either way
