Am I Pregnant?

hi doctor i am erica and i am trying to find out online now if i am pregnant or not i take the depo shot i also went to the doctor and she said that the pregnancy test said negative but she thinks im pregnant so i went online and i took a quiz to see if my depo shot didnt keep me from geetiing pregnant my results were its time for me to take this serious so am i pregnant or not i would like to know if i am online now free

Dear Erica,

The main confusion in your query is when did you take depot shot? Was it after you missed period to induce withdrawal bleeding or was it as a routine contraceptive. If it was the former case, and you have not got withdrawal bleeding, the probability of pregnancy seems to be high.

I would suggest you to go for Beta hCG test which is highly specific and sensitive. It reliably detects the pregnancy 10 days after the conception. hCG values less than 5 means no pregnancy while values more than 25 are diagnostic of pregnancy.
