Am I taking too many suppliments. I am a 29 yr old male, healthy, workout 3 times a week and eat fairly well. I take the following daily: 2 Multivitamin tabs, 1 vitamin E Cap. 1000 i.u, 2 saw palmetto caps. 450mg each, 1 COQ10 cap 100mg, 2 Ginko Biloba caps 120mg each, 1 DMAE caps. 100mg, 2 fish oil caps 1000mg each. Is this ok?
