Am I At Risk Of Heart Attack And Suggest Treatment?

My blood pressure was 193/106 for no apparent reason. I talked to my dr.. He tested me and it was 180/ 100. My dr put me on high blood pressure meds. Ive been taking it for 3 days and now its at 155//80. Im worried that im going to have a heart attack. What should I do

You did not mentioned your age and other risk factors like diabetes, smoking history etc

hypertension usually not an alone cause of heart attack
i would recommend you to have lifestyle changes which includes dietary changes, physical exercise, and weight loss. low salt diet ,low fat diet
