Am male 36 , few months before i identifies my illness syptoms as bipolar disorder , now facing bipolar depression .
actually started from 2000 and after some syptoms raises . i approached psychiatry diagnosis and treated as social phobia or depression around 11 years . and after marriage i quit treatment and adjust myself in many ways.
last 3 or 4 year am observing all syptoms and few months before i realized that all syptoms matching with bipolar disorder.
now am thinking to approach psychiatrist again as bipolar disorder illness
how to start diagnose...?
