Am On Regular Medication For Telmisartan 80mg OD, Aspirin 75mg

Am on regular medication for Telmisartan 80mg OD, Aspirin 75mg HS, Atorvastatin 20mg HS for last three years (50-60% stenosis non obstructive plaque LAD, okayed by stress thallium test). Age 48/Male.

For past few days of this rainy season, I had dental abscess and was put on a/biotics but it has not been treated yet. Then came high BP and gastritis with immense burping and bloating. Antibiotics dosage increased gastric trouble and was prescribed Sucralfate syrup with Tab Omiprazole for five days, following the course now.

Gastritis is controlled,
BP remains 150/100
Pulse 56-66/minute (am bradycardiac otherwise).
ECG taken on two days is normal. Cholesterol is normal,
Lipid profile is normal
General condition is good.

Now, I have a menthol coolness feeling on left chest only!!!!. Please explain
