Hi , im 9 months pregnant , will be 37 weeks in a day . i just experienced some intense oain in my lower back to the point it hurt to breathe , ill say it last 5/6 seconds long . after that i had to rush to the bathroom and after i used the restroom i saw light blood coming from my behind area , but no more pain yet and that was like ten mins ago . im confused first pregnanvy , could i be into labour and dont know
Hi, Thanks for the query. With increasing gestational age some amount of pain abdomen is common. That can occur due to the pressure of growing uterus on surrounding structures and due to intermittent uterine contraction. But as you are having spotting, if that is form the vagina better to consult gynecologist once and get examined to rule out the possibility of onset of labor. If the bleeding is from anal region that can be due to anal fissure etc. And you take treatment for it with your doctor's advice.
