An 80y person who has sarcoid has been experiencing rapid weight loss and diarrhea for several months. Due to congestive cough r/o pneumonia Dr has recently treated with antibiotic for as dr state "some junk" found in lower lung seen on x-ray also prescribed ALIGN. Ct Scan and MRI performed-Normal. Should I take person to the ER due to the weight loss/diarrhea? I don't believe pt is getting proper treatment for illness from both pulmonary & IM/GI drs
