Hello and welcome to HCM,
Infection with pin-worms is characterized by scratching in the anal region and perineal region at night.
These worms can be seen in the anal region and the perineal region.
Clinical examination can easily identify the pin-worms.
Very effective treatment is available for this infection.
Psoriasis is also a skin disease which can affect the
scalp, perineal and anal skin.
However, diagnosis can only be confirmed by clinical examination and investigations.
Constipation can cause pressure symptoms and can cause anal fissures.
Stool softeners can be used to soften stools and allow easy passage of stools.
Dietary changes like including lot of fruits, vegetables and water can soften the stools.
The discharge should be examined microscopically.
There can presence of micro-organism in the discharge.
Presence of micro-organism should be treated by anti-microbial.
Thanks and take care
