Hi,

Symptoms are likely due to gastric irritation caused by unhealthy food habits. Try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid outside foods, avoid soda, cooldrinks, alcohol and smoking. Stool routine and culture, colonoscopy is advised for anal incontinence.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. SNEHALATHA INTURI, Internal Medicine Specialist
