Angle Between Leg And Foot At 90 Degrees, Have To Climb Stairs With Support Of Hands On Knee. Suggestions?
i have two main problems in my legs and foot . one is this that me both feet bends less then the normal i.e there is minimum angle between my feet and leg is 90 degree which in common people is about 70degre. the second problem that i have is that i cant go upstirs or downstairs normally. i do so by havind support of my hands at knee . i am suffering this from two years and this is increasing day by day.now i cant even run or play. please, suggest mi. it will be great favour for me.

Hi Thanks for writing your query After going through your suffering, it seems you have developed some sort of muscular weakness that is the reason for the way you climb stairs we call it ''hand to knee gait''. My advice would be if possible getting EMG/NCV study for muscle and nerve for lower limb to confirm the diagnosis. Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
