Anti-rabies Vaccine Should Be Taken Again After Dog's Bite If Taken Earlier?

I took 5 dose of Rabies vaccine 5 year ago for a do bitten. 5 month ago again a dog bitten me but, a doctor said me no more shot is needed as i took previously. But now somebodies warning me to take more 2 shot of anti-Rabies vaccine. should i take more two shot? will these shot work properly month later?now i am completely well and no symptom or problem not seemed still.

I understand your concern , As per WHo guidelines you need two doses on Day 0 and on D3 , you can take now if not taken previously , there will no harm in taking and risk of getting disease will be less if you get vaccinated than not taking them. But if dog who bite you is alive after 10 days of bite ,than no need of Post-exposure prophylaxis , you need not take shots.
