Antibiotic Can Be Used With Maxiflo Inhaler And Itraconazole For Chest Pain And Breathing Difficulty?

HI I AM USING MAXIFLO 400 INHALER AND ITRACONAZOLE 100 (1 TAB - 3 TIMES A DAY) AND MONTAIR LC (1 TAB A DAY).
FROM THE LAST 2 DAYS I AM HAVING THE PROBLEM OF SOME CHEST PAIN AND SOME DIFFICULTY IN BREATHING.
PLEASE SUGGEST CAN I ADD AN ANTIBIOTIC ALONG WITH THIS TREATMENT ? IF YES WHICH ANTIBIOTIC CAN BE USED ? OR SOME OTHER OPTION WHICH YOU FEEL IS BETTER .

You can use antibiotic like ofloxacine or augmantin. Can have x-ray chestdone along with blood haemogram. Result can be shown to physician, who can examine your lungs by auscultation. Now you can take antibiotic with other medication.
