Assurans (sildenafil citrate) is indeed used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition affecting the lungs and heart. It is the same active ingredient found in Viagra, which is used for erectile dysfunction. However, the dosage and purpose of Assurans for PAH are different from those of Viagra. Thus, do not think and start Assurans.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
