Hi doc my name is luke . About a month ago I had heard somebody s words which didnt bother me at the time as I was watching the rugby but I went to bed that with heaps of energy and those words got to my head than I had a huge ardelaine rush followed by a two hour pannic attack and since that night I keep getting intrusive thoughts which I have never experienced , although it was one night about a week ago I worked myself up into another. Pannic attack then I fell into a deep sleep and woke not feeling scared but got dumped by my gf the next day which put myself back into this anxiety cycle

No worry .try to reduce anxity by self induced relaxation and stop fearing plesse that you will get panic attacks. Small dosages of antianxiety for short period will also help for which you will need a prescription from a doctor /psychistrist I suggest to my patients regular exercise and yoga Do lead a healthy and happy life Dr Lal Psychiatrist
