My father suffers from anxiety, he is on 10mg of Lexapro daily but still has anxious feelings on days after he has a little extra activity than usual. Is there any thing in addition you could recommend not necessarily another medication, Example meditation, etc.

I suffer from general anxiety disorder which causes chest tightness, shortness of breath, tension headaches, daily burping and sweating of the toes. Medication does not help nor therapy. What can I do? I take prosaic,Wellbutrin, gabapentin, clonazapham and sometimes propanol.
