Anxiety Attacks, Constantly Thinking, Blacking Out. Help

Hi,
I'm feel as if I have 2-3 personalitys in my head and usually I can control them but lately I have been nasty to ppl n then apologise n it's like there's a war going on in my head n I'm constantly thinking, I get Afew anxiety attacks when I leave the house it scares me bcoz I have blacked out from Afew. I only recently have started feeling as if I have nothin In this world left n just don't want to be here, this is the first time I've felt these feels n I don't want to tell anyone.
Usually I do and the thoughts fade but I can't seem to push these thoughts away

what you have described in your question is not something unusual and happens with a lot of people out there. but at the same time, if they are distressing for you, they need to be addressed at the earliest.
please visit a psychiatrist. you need a detailed hearing, for its hard to comment on your condition with the information that you have shared here.
with proper medicines and psychotherapy, i am sure you would be fine.
