Anxiety, Nervous Feeling, Shy, Feeling Cold Or Hot While Waking Up. Treatment?
i'v been expieriencing a lot of anxiety. i have this nervous feeling like i have the butterflies the moment i wake up, at certain parts of the day i feel to hot or too cold. i ocasionaly get shy at random. especially wth new people. all of this leads to me being uncomfortable throughout the whole day. is that the kind of anxiety that a perscription is recomended for r is it something i might be able to oercome myself?
Your symptoms are related to generalised anxiety disorder.
For long term control of anxiety following measures are helpful: Medicines like SSRIs and non drug treatment like CBT. Medicines are prescription medicines. It is better to get evaluated by psychiatrist and start treatment accordingly.
Non drug measures which are helpful: -In food avoid or take minimally caffeine containing items which increases anxiety like: Tea, coffee and cold drinks. -Relaxation exercise like daily brisk walk, yoga and breathing exercise
