I have gone through your query. See watever you have done is good for your life.alcoho and smokingl addiction is really bad with lots of lots other related problems. Your body has consume so much alcohol n smoking products from so many day. These all are effects which happen but give your body more time to adapt to it.
It will get cure of its own. Its not of useful to prescribe you placebo. Or if you still have urge of smoking then you have chew gums available in shop exclusively available for those who has quit smoking.
So be on the way you are an enjoy your life free of alcohol and smoking.

Hi,

The increase in appetite can either be due to the improved functioning of your liver or due to an increase in the exercise you are taking. However the increased fatigue, frequent urination and thirst do not appear to me to be related to quitting alcohol. Increased exercise may be responsible to some extent but in my opinion, you should see a doctor and also get some routine blood tests done, especially fasting blood sugar level. Six weeks after quitting alcohol, people usually feel fit and healthy and not tired or ill. So please do not attribute this to quitting alcohol, but consult a doctor so that other possible causes can be ruled out.

Best wishes.
