hi,,, now a days i feel weeker main reason is im getting weight ..espeacially my lower stomach increasing rapidly. l lost my body shape......i need more energy and strength to get healthy life to survie in my work feild ..... coz i have lots responsibility to achive my carrier........so please give me good advice

Weight gain commonly due to more amount of calorie intake and reduced physical activities. You need to take required amount of calories according to your activity. More of green leafy vegetables in your diet. Regular exercise daily. Yoga or meditation to reduce your stress
If your weight is increasing in spite of all these measures, then you need to get evaluated for hormonal disturbances. Thyroid abnormality is most common among this. Consult doctor for examination and further management.
