Any Ayurvedic Home Remedies For Child Having Large Adenoids?

Hi , my son is 3 years old and he is having difficulty breathing through his nose, he snores at night but not very loudly ,my pedriatition said that he may have large adenoids so he has given some allergy tablets ( montekulast sodium) to my child, he told us to take these tab for 2 weeks and after that if the problem is not cured then we have take Ent 's appointment. I am really worried for my child because I don't want him to suffer from any surgery. Please suggest some Ayurvedic home remedies for my child or any other alternative method.

Hii dear i read ur son's problem of difficulty in breathing through nose.u also told that he snores at night but not loudly.
U taken two weeks treament for this (monteleukast). First of all u go for some investigation.
1-GBP(GENERAL BLOOD PICTURE)
2-CXR PA VIEW
3-ESR
TAKE SOME CHANGES IN THE LIFE STYLE-
1-USE ONLY BOIL WATER IN UR SON LIFE STYLE.
2-AVOID COLD FOOD AND DRINKS ,DONOT TAKE COLD WATER.
3-U CAN GIVE HOT MILK MIXED WITH ZINZER,TULSI EXTRACT(5 DROPS),KALI MIRCH(POWDER). THIS GIVE TWICE IN A DAY.
4-U CAN TAKE GUDUCHI SATVA 250mg With HONEY.
5-U CAN TAKE AYURVEDIC MEDICINE VASAVALEHA HALF TEASPOON WITH MILK.
6-Apply tiel tel mixed with salt (150mg) and lightly heat then apply on chest.
7-u can take chavanprash and makes ur son healthy.
