my child is 18 month old, his tooth are become black in colour

I have gone through your query, as you have small child with swollen cheek and discoloration of teeth , dont worry this can be due to carious tooth having Pus formation .
As there is no any ayurvedic treatment you should consult dentist and go for restoration if possible , if cant be restored go for extraction of tooth.
