You seem to have 3 problems: Androgenetic alopecia, Dandruff and Greying of hair.
I think you should continue with oral tablets: finasteride 1mg daily and Keraglo men Or instead of keraglo men i would advice you that you can ask for a brand from your dermatologist which contains calcium pantothenate 200mg (For premature graying) along with biotin 10mg. Your treating dermatologist would tell you about it. You can take it twice daily.
Continue with ketoconazole shampoo daily or alternate days.
Minoxidil 5% has an alcohol base which in itself exacerbates dandruff and scaling, so to mitigate that you can either shampoo daily or use a steroid lotion (sternon as you mentioned at day time). Use Minoxidil at night time.
Your dermatologist can also advice you about Peptides and serums available in topical solution form for hair loss, which are different from minoxidil and without the side effects of irritation and scaling of minoxidil.
