Any Home Remedy For Baby Suffering From Vomiting And Diarrhea?
hi this is sudha from india. my baby is 7 months old . he is suffering from vomiting and diarrhea please give me some home remedy to reduce it i stopped feeding him breast milk and giving nestum rice with water and pinch of sugar. whatelse i can feed him.
Hello Sudha I really appreciate your concern for your son.
Please don't stop breast feeding, continue giving him breast feeding, it doesn't harm at all, it's very useful and beneficial for him.
In addition to breast feed you can give him ORS solution orally as much he can tolerate.
Try to keep him well wrapped in woollen cloths to avoid hypothermia.
Take care of dehydration and electrolyte imbalances, if it doesn't subside or child stops taking feed or become less active or lethargy than you should immediately take him to a paediatrician for further course of action about which your doctor knows.
Hope this answers your question please feel free to ask for follow up question I will gladly answer you. Best wishes
