Any Hormonal Way To Stop Bleeding?

Hi. I take ortho cyclen and have a few more active pills to take, and should be getting my period this weekend. However, this morning I woke up with some breakthrough bleeding. I have a very romantic weekend and will be very devastated if I bleed the entire time. I rarely have this problem, usually my period comes 1-2 days after stopping active pills. Is there any way to stop this bleeding ASAP? Double up on pills? Any other hormonal way to stop this quickly?
THanks

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

First, you need to go for non-hormonal medication. Tranaxemic acids may be required. If not, progesterone pills can be used. Ultrasound examination of the abdomen will be required.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
