There are different possible causes for blister formation. In some persons, they may occur as a result of an allergic reaction to an agent such as creams/soaps/sock or shoe material.
Blisters may also occur due to: (1) infection (2)autoimmune disease (3)pemphigoid (4)pemphigus vulgaris (5)burns (6)trauma (7)idiopathic (cause not known)
You may want to visit a dermatologist for assessment. He or she may be able to give you a diagnosis based on examination of the lesions.
I hope this helps
