You are experiencing itching and peeling of the skin of your palms. It is spreading. The commonest cause of itchy palms are allergy, scabies, dryness, eczema, psoriasis, indicative of diabetes. You are suggested to apply Ascabiol lotion on your palms, hands and area affected, leave it for 40-45 minutes there and then wash it off. The itching will reduce if it is scabies. Repeat the application after 12-15 days. It will clear away.
Take care of your hygiene. Do not share your toiletries with anyone and wash your clothes and bedding in hot water frequently. Cold compression and ice packs will reduce the discomfort. You should wear gloves while working with chemicals & harsh detergents. Applying a moisturizer immediately after drying the hands. Avoid gel-based hand sanitizers as these often contain high concentrations of drying alcohol.
Get clinically examined by a dermatologist and also get blood glucose level checked. You will be treated accordingly. You are suggested to take non-sedating antihistamines to get rid of the allergic symptoms. Complications of diabetes affecting the liver and kidney may cause itchy skin. Hydrocortisone ointment and corticosteroids help to reduce the symptoms. Get examined by a local doctor. Get treated.
