Any Ideas About Pressure And Pain In Ears Despite Antibiotics?

Hi I have been suffering from pressure and pain in my ears for last 3 months. Left is far worse. Initially diagnosed with fluid in both airs so suspected sinus infection. Had antibiotics but the pressure and is still there and I can t tip my head up as the pain is excruciating in my ears. Dr said the infection had cleared up. No other signs of sinus. I feel dreadful...any ideas?

Hi, thanks for the query.
In my opinion , you are having Eustachian tube blockage.
Start Decongestant nasal drops , levocetirizine +Montelukast combination , Antibiotic azithromycin for 10 days.
Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
